I decided not to buy V.12 not interested in a program that has to be connected to the internet to use it. I spend many hrs in aircraft and need to work offline I bought V11.0 instead.
I hope V.12 has both functions.

MS12 can be somewhat useful on those long intercontinental hauls - excellent if you enjoy contemplating blank charts.
