Errors MS EOD V11 after installing Windows 8.164 bit preview release

One program doesn't work after the upgrade - Metastock
Error on opening MS - "originally licenced on a different computer"
So i run control activation and i get " Auditlicence :-1 :ErrorExecution Error - missing parameter"
Tried to uninstall & reinstall to no avail
Any ideas?
