Metastock Trade oracle is not showing in tools

Hello everyone,
I have manually installed trade oracle in metastock i have copied the files to EXPERTS and EXTERNAL FUNCTIONS and I have also imported the files to metastock but the TRADE ORACLE is not showing in tools but in THE EXPLORER the files have come (ex:-TO 01-TO 90).Please help me on how to open the trade oracle user interface
