Tonight I went and checked for the new update and nothing appeared to be downloaded.
When will this be available to download.

The update for the End of Day version of MetaStock should be available on your download page on metastock.com.
The update for the Professional version is assessed through the Deployment Manager

Go to: Start>Programs>Thomson Reuters>Thomson Reuters Eikon Tools and click "Deployment Manager".

I have MetaStock 12 Pro and uses EOD data, do I follow the EOD upgrade on the new release?
Because when I follow the instructions you just sent me start programs etcGo to: Start>Programs>Thomson Reuters>Thomson Reuters Eikon Tools and click "Deployment Manager".
there is no Deployment Manager found.
Please advise.

Ahh. Sorry Frank. I thought you had Pro. With MS12 EOD you'll need to get the updates by logging into your account at metastock.com and going to "My Downloads".

Hmmm. I'm not sure what you have going on there.
Another way is to go to Help>Check for Updates in MetaStock.

If you do not have deployment manager listed under the "Thomson Reuters Eikon Tools" folder, then I suspect the Eikon update to 3.2 did not correctly process. To correct that, uninstall Eikon and then run the install again. This should give the full Eikon for Retail Traders (XENITH) installation. Then you should have the Deployment manager and be able to update MetaStock.
If you encounter any issues doing this, please email or call our support. We can then work directly with you to get this resolved.

I think I was able to update not sure yet. In past versions of MetaStock even if you have EOD data you still can use MetaStock Pro and now you cannot, is this also one issue being addressed to bring back to us.

We don't have any plans of changing this. Pro will only collect data from the XENITH datafeed. And soon it will be able to read CSV local files.
