Where are "Favorites" stored in C:'Program Files (x86)'Equis'MetaStock?

Anyone know the file (or folder) where "Favorites" are stored in MS v11. I want to make a backup of my "Favorites" before I do clean install of MS. Of course I'm assuming I can just copy that backup to C:\Program Files (x86)\Equis\MetaStock after the re-install.

The favorites is a links file that is located in the MetaStock folder where you have MetaStock installed. This appears from your post to be c:\Program Files (x86)\Equis\MetaStock.
The favorites is a .dta file titled favorites.dta and this can be backed up. When backing up this file please ensure that MetaStock is closed as any changes are saved when the program is closed down.
The favorites can be replaced by a backup at any time while the program is closed. Having a backup of the file can also come in handy at times when the favorites are accidentally cleared or become corrupted and unusable.
