I mean the older versions (ie: 9.1) using local data.

That is not true - how can you say that? I'm using MetaStock Pro v11 with Premium Data, and it works fine. I also convert 1-minute CSV forex data with The Downloader, and that works fine too.

Sorry. I wasn't clear. I mean that MetaStock Pro 12 will not work with third party data. Prior versions will.
