Is there any way to display the first minute bar in metastock.

My problem is when I use the same data in amibroker the first bar of day is displayed and when I switch to metastock the first minture bar is not visible although the date is present there in one minute format.
I have heard that it is due to time stamp in data due to which the metastock can not display the first bar, but I want a solution. Please help if some one knows the solution.

Huh?

Have you got some sample pics, or some sample data which shows this?

There's enough posts on the forum for how to post images... I'm not going to repeat them... do a search yourself.

here are screenshots:
1. first minute bar is shown in amibroker
2. first bar in metastock is 10:01 instead of 10:00
3. data at 10:00 is availabe.

In the Downloader, adjust the start time to 00:00 (or some time before 10:00), you can also adjust the end time to 00:00 (to be on the safe side)

moreover downloader has the option to set time as 12:00 am or pm only

Like with anything involving a computer -- if you're unsure, make a backup first, then make your changes and test. If the tests fail, then simply restore your backup.

In this instance, backup your data directory(ies), adjust the start and/or end times and test the data. If the tests fail, restore your data from the backup and consider another measure.
