Chart Window Properties Format - MS 12 EOD

I want to set a new Chart Window Properties "Tile Tab" / "Center" pull down window format to Symbol & have that as the default setting for all charts.
In MS 11 / 10 and before, we always had the symbol available in the On Line toolbar.
I know that I can do the above Tile Tab change in and save said change as the default chart, but I would like it on all charts, default or not. Is there any way to do that?
