Regression Trend channel - Metastock & Advanced Get..Difference..??

I use regression trend channel study from Advanced Get very much...but when i shift to metastock the channel is not proper...Is there any difference in computation.
Experts please highlight...why the two channel differs and is it possible to construct in metastock...
