I want to Buy a Notepad of accer .. i want to know that is metastok work fine in Notepad..????????????

you never mentioned what version of windows you are going to have? What version of Metastock are you looking at?
I'm using Metastock 10.1 on a windows 7.
The only issue I had was having to make sure that I had shut down all of the other programs before I installed Metastock.
