Hi, I've tried ringing, emailing and chat with support for a week but have not been able to reach anyone through any lines of communication.
Is there actually anyone there??

Hi Chris, Between the release of MetaStock 12 and the effects of Hurricane Sandy, our support department has been beyond busy. We realize the waits are long and apologize up front - our support department is working through calls, emails and chats as fast as they can. While I can't promise, typically calling around 3pm and 5pm MT is a good time (22:00 GMT). In fact right now the lines are quiet.
