I have ProFX, at login it tries to connect but get error message "Unable to delete securities from online cache" Have checked FAQ - followed it but does not find any MSFL files to delete?? Have retried several times no change Have closed / opened application, rebooted PC, reinstalled ProFX program from original file Still no change and still can't login? Any ideas? Thanks Albert

Ok all sorted by MS online assiatnace - just needed to delete all in Data on Demand folder
