Hi,
In the chart, when i hover my mouse over a graph position, i see the chartTip appear only for 1 second and then it dissapears.
Ideally, the tip should remain until i move the mouse.
However, it dissapears after very small interval of time.
P.S: Chart Tips is enabled under, Tools/Options/Chart Options.
I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this problem.

This sounds like it could be an issue with Windows Compatibility settings (Vista or Windows 7). It could also be caused by a video driver, the mouse driver, or another program/utility active in the background of you system. I you would like assistance identifying the exact cause, please contact our support department.

I tried with system compatibility settings, but it did not help.
My system credentials are:
OS: windows XP Metasock version: 11
Its a dell inspiron 1501 laptop.
The only way i am able to make it work, is by reinstalling windows and then installing metastock. The software works fine for a while (2-4 months approx) and then it whows this behavior.
I would appreciate if any tip is provided. Thanks!

You can save the time of debugging by keeping the Data Window open on the chart. Minimize it to save space.
Never do what is hard to do.
