I manage to get Visual Studio Express to generate a dll. But I got the error with MSXTest. Assume non-MSX dll error from MSXTest. Any idea what is the cause?

Use try{} catch{} and throw{} throughout your code, and breakpoints judiciously to see where the errors are being generated.
