In the symbol database I can not find the exchange rates I need. For example I need the exchane rateS for:
EUR/DKK
TYR/DKK
USD/DKK
and I few more.
But is It possible to create these manually in the downloader. I tried Tto type EURDKK=R, but that did not work.
Any help appreciated.

I have the same problem, but I am a bit closer to an answer: Go to https://www.metastock.com/ > Support > Download Updates > Symbol Lookup Files and chose CashCurrency.exe.
That will give you many more symbols for currencies. Unfortunately a lot of crosses with smaller currencies is not there…
I am afraid that they are not included.
You might run into a problem: If you are using a 64bits WIN7, you might find the file (cashcurrencies.sym) under programfiles/equis/thedownloader instead of under programfiles(x86)/equis/thedownloader where Metastock lives...

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I have download the file you mentioned. I can not get all the currency crosses with Danish Kroners. However, I decided to use the EUR instead of the Danish Kroner as Danish Kroners correlates with EUR. Thanks for your reply. Very much appreciated.
