The "This DLL does not exist in the MSX DLL folder" error

I get this error. I had placed my DLL file in the "External Function DLLs" folder. I try to create the indicator.
I get the above error. Can you please let me know whether I need to have any other plugin etc. for this.
I use Metastock professional version 10.1
I call my method as
ExtFml("Test.test", close);
Here the Test is the dll name and test is the method in the dll.
Please advice.

Hi Valli
You probably know this but I'll mention it anyway. MetaStock must be restarted after any new DLLs have been placed in the "External Functuion DLLs" folder.
