Hi,
New Reuters end of day customer here. I have the Downloader set up, no problems.
What about the "Data on Demand"? Here's what the ad says:
Reuters DataLink doesn’t require downloading software when used with
MetaStock. Simply type in the symbol you want to analyze and the data is
instantly accessible. This feature, called DataOnDemand, is a favorite
of Reuters DataLink customers because it makes their trading quicker and
easier.
So........where is the dialog box on Metastock to type in the symbol? I feel so stupid.
Been using Metastock for 20 years and can't find it. Help....................please!

In MetaStock, go to File -> Open. On the left side, select Reuters Datalink. If you do not have that option, then from main MetaStock screen, go to Tools -> Options. Select the Reuters Datalink tab. Enter your Reuters User ID and password. Click Ok and then close and restart MetaStock
