Hi
I'm considering buying MS Pro. I used Realtick and wanted to get around some charting limitations.
1. Can data be grouped by volumes or by trades (as opposed to time) ? And are there limitations?
2. Can minutes (say 9 or 26 for example) data be displayed for a trading interval of, say, 30 or 60 days? (Aside from the display limitations that would lead to squeezing out data if there are more bars then pixels)
3. Can the above chart be shifted back and forth in time maintaining, or not, the 'y' axis scale? (So, say, from the last 30 days, to 30 days six months ago)

1) MetaStock does not currently do volume or tick bars
2) You can do any minute interval from 1 to 1440 (24 hours)
3) As long as you have the data, you can view any date range you wish.
