Importing Proprietary Indicators into MetsStock

I create indicators in MatLab and want to use MetaStock to test. I can export the indicators to Excel.
Can I import the indicators from Excel into MetaStock and then use them as filters for a trading system?

You have a couple of options. 1. Use OLE to paste the data as a live link. Look up "Excel" or "OLE" in Metastock online help. 2. Save the data to a CSV file instead, create a security using The Downloader and paste/import the data. You can access the data using the "Security" function in MS Formula Language. 3. Save the data to a CSV file and use the MetastockCSV plugin; access the data using the "Security" function in MS Formula Language.
