MICEX services: merging into one exchange and increasing its price

Effective July 1, 2011, three MICEX services are merging into one new exchange: MICEX Level 1. Due to this, the price is increasing price from $73.23 to $115.75.
The price change is automatic and current subscribers will see the new price reflected on their invoices after July 11, 2011.
