I just signed up with Reuters Datalink and I cannot download. I'm having trouble with the host connection. What am I missing? Do I need to open a port or something?

yes, Reuters Datalink does require a port to be open, but the exact one depends on which data package(s) you subscribed to. The port will be in the range of 7983 to 7989. If you contact Support, they can tell you exactly which one must be open
Additionally, Reuters Datalink requires FTP be enabled on your system.
