I have been out of the commodities futures market for 5 years. Only recently within the last 6 months have I returned. I try not to trade stocks because thats not the vehicle to do that. In March '08 I rearranged the portfolio when my stocks hit bottom. I use a set formula of indicators because more only leads to confusion. Buy and hold is good for stocks if the stocks are good. Short term trades are better done in the commod./fut. markets. Poker is probably the best way to balance the emotional and psychological states of mind. Right now, I wish there was a chat feature on this site.
