The scan results not align with template for AlphOmega Elliott Waves 5.7

The AlphOmega Signal Scan results are not align with the template come with it.
I use the AlphOmega Signal Scan
Explorer on the S&P 500 securities, one company appears in the
short list is MEMC Electronic(ticket symbol is WFR). The signal scan
provide me the 21% Brs is 1.0106 & 13% Brs is 1.0002.
Then I open Open Chart button to inspect the chart and apply Alphomega Simple template on the chart.
The chart already completed moderate amplitude (13%) at wave (3) and moving away.
For normal amplitude (21%), the chart still in wave (iv).
According to the AlphOmega Signal Scan definition,
the
chart should show either normal amplitude (21%) & moderate amplitude (13%)
after wave 1 be
less than 3 bars old.
