When I'm transfer my expert I'm have this answer:
The following tools contain syntax errors that prevent them from compiling properly. The errors may be caused by Custom Formulas or MSX DLLs that are unavailable to this set of tools.

you don't specify which indicators or MSX dll's are missing?
The best way to fix that
1: if you know the custom formula or MSX dll's to reinstall the dll's
2: if you don't know which Dll then delete the template and start again
