Falling out of one watchlist into another without realising

I find many times that while scrolling through charts in a favorites folder I'm unaware that the list of charts I'm looking at has changed to a different list. It seems that a particular chart may be in two separate watchlists and I'll fall out of one into the other without even knowing it.
Is there a fix for this ?
