Besides actually counting each one, is there a quick and easy way of counting how many bars there are between two points? It would be great if I could drop my cursor on one point and drag it to another point on the chart and have a pop-up tell me how many bars were in between each point. Thanks.

Hi TzTrader One way to do this is to have a "Bar Count" indicator which you can drop into any window, read off the count at each point, and mentally calculate the difference (higher value - lower value). {bar Count} Cum(1) Point and click is not an option with MS. The above method works for me so I've not given any thought to something easier or quicker. That's not to say that there is no easier method. One possibility might be to convert a "Date Filter" indicator to a bar counter, but I think that would be too clumsy as you'd have to adjust six values for the start and end dates. The same thing only time-based on intraday charts would be even more of a headache I'd imagine. Roy

Thank you, Roy. That will work just fine.
