I am a Metastock 9 user. I am thinking of upgrading to Metastock 11 and I would like to know if MS 11 has the ability to create custom indicators based on an exploration. Example: Explore for RSI crossing above 50. The resultant number of stocks that return as true can be plotted as an indicator. Can this be done, or is there another way to achieve this in MS 11?

the indicator builder will not compute the results from an exploration by itself.
you now have to jump through hoops to get your desired results,ie: you have to create an excel file and ole link it to the indicator.you have to run the exploration every day and update the excel file to get new results
