Does anyone know how I can possibly plot an indicator into the future?
I'm referrely specifically to Ichimoku charting. The main elements of the charts are based on calculations that are then plotted 26 days from now. However the ichimoku indicator in MS only stops at the current bar, so effectively only displaying something that is 26 days old.
Any ideas? Or has anybody else tried doing this, and what did they do.
any answers would be gratefully received

Next time I will look a little harder! If you create dummy data in the future, then it can be done in MS, but it's painful and MAY cause some issues with your data provider when the real data arrives for those dates. It's safer just to say, don't bother trying to implement plotting beyond the last bar of real data in MS. wabbit [:D]
