"No data for the request parameters" problem. Really struggling.

Hello everyone. I wonder if somebody can help me.
I have purchased the RTD European Stocks & Mutual Funds M for metastock. I am sorry to disturb you but I have been experiencing problems downloading any of the data.
I have followed the instructions in your emails; agreeing to the terms and conditions, downloading the permissions file for the downloader 10.1, entering the correct username and password.
I further created a security file for the LSE (london stock exchange). When running the data download the username and password and valid, and a search in done for all symbols. However, I continue to receive a message that no data was received and that there is "no data for the request parameters". Could anyone please advise on my problem.

What does the symbol you are trying to download look like?
US:IBM (search) isn't IBM (download). At least it wasn't the last time I tried both.
IBM downloads but US:IBM doesn't is what I concluded.
