Hi There
Every now and then after i have updated my data it seems that some of my data is corrupted.
I can see it in explorer but Metastock doesn't see it. So i have been making a copy of the data on an external drive so that i don't have to set up all my data files again. Had to use it today but downloader didn't update those files i suppose it needs some kind of log to know from where? is there a alternative way to back up my files or overcome this problem with downloader.

What does the bad data look like?
I have never had corrupted data with the downloader but did have corrupted data
in my MS indicator file which I fixed manually.
In addition to copying off the data folder also include the MS* files (search this forum for
additional files).
Might try of a .bat file to automate the backup if you have a bit of DOS programming
skills.
