Hi I am trying to fix a problem for a friend using Metastock 7.2 EOD on Windows 7

Where the ribbon moves when he shifts the chart from right to left. I have tried to post a pic of the two screens as a jpg but unfortunately cannot load it to a website to link to.

the movement is about a week on a daily chart with plenty of data loaded.

The formula for the ribbon is a simple C above or below a moving average so nothing fancy

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this and how to fix it.

We eventually found the problem was an hidden inner window just above the ribbon. It was impossible for me to see in the picture I was sent. Once this was deleted this fixed the problem.

It had me stumped for ages.
