Who knows the trick here? Creating a New group of securities in the Downloader. Selected Common Stocks, then as the subcategory, Optionable stocks. Highlighted those between a and l, then a second group between m and z. It looks like the groups are built, but a great many issues are left out.[:@]
How come? More to the point, how do I get Downloader to work correctly, and create the groups as it should? IE, all optionable, common stocks between, say, m and z?
This should be an automatic thing. Why are some issues left off the list that should be there?

Everything highlighted should be created; I've never seen it not do that. You may want to contact support with the specifics of which symbols in Optionable Stocks are not being included, and perhaps we can track down the problem.
