I need help to produce an exploration and an indicator. However I'm not a coder and don't have the time available to learn. I can therefore pay for the right info if necessary (probably someone will now say that I'm in the wrong place in the forum and I should be looking in "x" for developers....) .

What I would like is an indicator that plots 2 moving averages with different time periods showing the Average True Range of the bars for that period. So when the volatility is decreasing the fast moving average will fall below the slow and visa versa.

For the exploration I would like to find stocks that are in a long term uptrend (that should be easy, with a fast MA above a slow MA) however the price also needs to be between the +1 and -1 ATR line using Keltner Channels.
