When I input following code into indicator, it does not display any number at all.
If current time is 6:30 am,
Hour(), I expect return 6 for indicator, but it returns 0.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem is?

You're looking at a daily chart?

There are no times on a daily, weekly, quarterly or annual chart in MS; if you want to see times, then you must be looking at an intraday chart.
