I recently moved my Metastock Pro from one laptop to another. I transferred the licence with no problem. However after around 6 weeks every time I open the programme it said that it is now in evaluaition mode and I have 30 days to activate. Previously it didn't say that.
So when I tried to activate I received the message that the licence had been used. I contacted the support desk and they then made the licence available again. I then tried to activate again and it was successful. However the next time I opened it again it said that it was again in eveluation mode and I have 30 days to activate.
I don't know whether the problem is a bad installation or whether it is related to Windows 7. Any advice.

Hello, There have been a very small number of people whose hard drive serial numbers appear to change. We made a change to the product activation software to account for this. You will want to contact our support directly for assistance: https://www.metastock.com/company/about/contact.aspx
