hi, my eod info for mu (mircon technology) hasnt been downloaded since late december...i believe that is around the timeframe they moved from the nyse to the otc...where in the user manual does it describe how to deal with this issue (when a symbol moves from one exchange to another what the user has to do to continue to receive eod data)?
also, some of the symbols in the 'proshares' etf family are not being downloaded by the downloader; i understand there is a 'suffix' on these specific symbols which appear in the proshares material that need to be added so equis downloader can pick them up; my question is how does one find out on their own (without calling equis support) what the solution to this type of issue is?

The latest symbol database updates (9.1 versions and later) should contain the corrected symbol. There are a couple of new rules for NYSE and NASDAQ that we previously did not have to worry about:
NASDAQ Symbols that are less than 4 characters require a .O on the end of them, for example:
DTV.O
NYSE Symbols that are more than 3 characters require a .K on the end of them, for example:
ALEX.K
