Dear Sir / madam
I am getting problem while Installing metastock 10.1 pro, Error Getting is " Unknown Error # : -83 "
even if it is not showing Installation Id . i tried with astsrv.msc , but it still persisting the same.
please suggest me how to over come with that.

Error -83 (With MetaStock 10.1D) whenever the AST Service is unable to start. The first thing to do is:
-Click Start-->Run-->Services.msc and press <Enter>
-Double click the AST Service
-Click the "Start" button
-Make a note of the error message you get and post it here
