Hello.
I'm newbie in Metastock and in trading in general, I Use MS 10.1 and I'm not able of do the following:
If I have stocks data from 1987 till now of one security...can I delete, for example, data from 1995 till now in one security only? Just for test purposes.
Can I close all charts without answer YES or NO in every chart? I always want answer NO in all!

I don't know if this will help but go into the exploration, go into options and play with the date they
have there. I have never changed so if you try it, post back what it does.

You can physically delete data from a security file in The DownLoader, via Tools-->Delete-->Data for Multiple Securities. You can suppress data from being visible in the chart by modifying the X-Axis Properties of the chart (Format-->X-Axis in MetaStock when the chart is opened) and adjusting the Loaded/Displayed dates. As for the Yes/No prompt, this will always occur with an unsaved chart. It should not occur on a Smart Chart ever, or with a chart that has just been saved with a filename. Keep in mind that if you apply a template, it will always open an Unsaved Chart when the template is applied.
