What you would need to do is create a template with what you want on it, i.e. the 50 MA. Next, click Tools-->Options-->Chart Options and change the option from "Use Smart Chart" to "Use Chart As Template". You may also want to uncheck Keep Line Studies and check Change All Charts In Layout but this is up to you.

Once this is done, you can click File-->Open-->Favorites-->Options-->Open With Template, pick your template, pick one of the items in favorites, and as you use the Next/Previous Security buttons, it will maintain that template as you cycle through the different symbols.
