Effective January 1, 2010, MDX Index Data Service data is being removed
from various exchanges and moved into its own exchange. The following
exchanges are affected:

• American Stock Exchange
• Nasdaq Level 1 UTP
• New York Stock Exchange
• Options Price Reporting Authority


As the MDX Index data is just part of the data offered in these
exchanges, you may not be using the data. The list of the symbols that
will be moving into the new service is listed below.
If you wish to continue using the data provided by MDX Index Data
Service, then you will need to sign up for this new exchange. The
current price of the exchange is $1.49. Anyone signing up between now
and December 31, 2009 will be refunded the $1.49. After December 31,
2009, customers will be billed the full monthly amount. This exchange
can be purchased through our website at www.metastock.com, then log
into your My Subscriptions page and click on the link that directs you
to the exchange purchase page.

If you do not need this data or wish to discontinue using it, you do
not need to do anything. On January 1, 2010, the MDX Index data will
automatically be removed from the above exchanges.
