I am new around here so sorry if this is a really basic question.
What is the best way to down load data to Metastock. (v10 pro)
I am a bit lost and am not sure where to begin.
To start with I am looking at EOD data. Later on I might look at real time.
I believe the eSignal is good but am a bit lost from looking at their website as to what product I should purchase.
I don't mind paying for good data but would like something that is good value

I strongly recommend Premium Data from Norgate Investor Services - http://www.premiumdata.net/. The data is clean, downloading is a breeze, and in the unlikely event that you ever need it, the service is brilliant. Check out their free trial.
