Hi Guys, This is the first time i am using a blog. I have question about Personalised folder of Sector
1) I have recently purchased FIRE Add in for Metastock , which does an External Relative Strenth with the secotrs and then the stocks. My problems starts from here I have local data vendor for INDIA ( Not Reuters Data link Provider )who doesnot provide sectorial classification such as Pharma, Telcom, Fertilizer etc..... .
My Question is how can i create a folder based on sectorial wise break up and update my data when i update the data at the end of day.

Unless you can find a provider who does this sector / industry breakdown, it would be a manual process to put each security into the appropriate folder.
If you can locate such a provider who can give you the symbols of each sector / industry in a text format of some kind, you could then create Custom SYM files to help create the sectors more easily.
