Hi,
I have created an indicator to show EMA30 and SMA10. I want it to display EMA30 as blur and SMA10 as yellow everytime I set this indicator on my chart or do filtering. How can I set the colours in Metastock to avoid manual setting the color every time I use the indicator>? My version is 9.0.

There is a Tools-->Default Colors and Styles option in MetaStock, but this is a single option that applies to all indicators. There is no way to currently set custom default colors/styles for each indicator separately.
The only way to somewhat accomplish this is by plotting the indicator, making the color/style adjustments, then saving a Template from that chart. Once this is done you can apply this template to any security to have it plot the indicators with the colors/styles saved in the template.

What if I used it as a filter, does that mean it will just display all the MAs in the same colour and I had to load template on everyone of the scanned stocks?
