if I use cross (c, mov (c, 20 s) and put 's warning, and use a chart of 5 minutes, l' mi alarm will sound for all 5 minutes, how do I play it only once?

Oh I understand what you meant ! That can be really annoying :)
Goto : Tools -> Options -> Real-Time -> uncheck "Recalculate expert live".
