Weelky lines are corrupted when transferring to daily resolution

Hey guys/gals,
Im a newbe to Metastock...
There is a very strange thing goig on - when I draw a line (trend line) in weekly chart and then go to daily resolution, this line is not shown - just if I go back to weekly. p.s. it is not a matter of time scale - my daily scale is big enough.
Any suggestions?

Trend lines are tied to a specific date. If that date does not exist in the time frame specified, the lines will not display.
When you are on a weekly chart, it is possible that your bars are stamped with a date that does not trade (i.e. Saturday). On a Daily chart, you might only have bars stamped Monday through Friday. Because no Saturday date exists in the Daily chart, the trendline has no valid point of reference with which to draw.

Thanks Justin. Indded it seems that if I "play" a lettli with the line, changing its position, it suddenly appears in the daily chart.
Moreover, I see the same behavior when setting a line in monthly resolution - it is sometimes shown neither in weekly nor in daily, o it must be the reason...
