Hi guys, I wanted to know if there was other indecators that gives good buy and sell signal other then
MACD, William's R%, Reletive strength, Money Flow, Ostocastic Oscelator,
Also What are good Expert Advisers?

Welcome to the forum.
All indicators can be adapted in some way to generate some form of buy / sell signals. "Are these signals any good?" is a question that can only be answered by the trader with particular attention to their trading capabilities, their trading style, their risk profile, the universe of entities traded etc. There is no panacea or "best" indicator / expert / system. Every method will have its own particular strengths and weaknesses, not every system can be applied in all markets or in all times.
Do some research for yourself; gather ideas from what has already been written and use these as a basis to form your own ideas for your own trading. When it comes time to program these in MS, use the MS Users Manual and the free Equis formula primer, in conjunction with the built-in MS indicators and experts to write your own indicators which will work for you.
