Good Afternoon All,
I am a MetaStock Professional subscriber with a QuoteCenter North/South American Data M data feed subscription.
I am trying to include the number of NYSE advancing issues into a moving average calculation. When I use:
mov(Fml( "BM NYSE Advancing Issues"),10,S)
I get a window message indicating that no data exists for requested data range in Security() function. Symbol:”us&ADVN” Range: 2/28/2007 to 3/20/2009
What does this mean? – is the data feed I am currently subscribing for not include the “BM NYSE Advancing/declining Issues” data? Am I doing something else wrong? What is ‘BM’?

"BM" means "Broad Market" I think. You may need the path to the security
for it to work but not sure.
