Prevent auto scaling after reloading - how?

I have made som nice graphs that uses fixed Y-axis scales ranging from 0 to 100. However, if I save my chart, close it and finally reload it, the auto scaling of the Y-axis is always turned on in every inner window.
How do I turn this feature off? I would like my Y-scales fixed, not automatically rescaled everytime I reload charts.

After fixing the Y axis to the desired settings, open the X Axis properties and check the Retain Scale option. Do not change the Dates in the X Axis once Retain Scale is checked, as it can have undesired results.
