I am playing with the EST in a affort to understand how it works. Buy: cross(MACD(), Mov( MACD(), 9, EXPONENTIAL)) Sell order: NILL Sell Short: cross(Mov( MACD(), 9, EXPONENTIAL), MACD()) Buy to cover: NILL Trailing stop-loss on longs and shorts: 5% A STOP symbol appears together with every buy/sell symbol when I plot the trading system on a chart. A position is opened and then stopped out (seemingly) on the same day. Why is this or am I misinterpreting the symbols? I have attached a screenshot.
