How do I change the color of the words on the title bar of a chart?
This is a windows setting.
1. Left click onto the Windows Start button.
2. Select Settings
3. Select Control Panel
4. Double click on Display Properties
5. Select the Appearance tab
6. Change the Item field to Inactive Title Bar
7. Make the color change to the Font color field and click OK.
8. Keep in mind this is a windows setting and will affect all programs
